Cancellation of Services:

Clients have the right to cancel services at any time. However, cancellation terms and fees may apply:

  • If a project is canceled after the initial deposit has been paid but before work has commenced, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover administrative costs and project planning.
  • If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client may be responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • If Crescent WebTech is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be provided for any uncompleted work.
  • Refunds will not be issued for completed work, unless otherwise determined by Crescent WebTech.

Changes and Revisions:

Clients may request changes and revisions to the project scope, design, or functionality. Any additional work requested by the client may incur extra charges. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Termination by Crescent WebTech:

Crescent WebTech reserves the right to terminate a project or service under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or breach of the project agreement by the client.
  • Failure to provide required materials, content, or approvals in a timely manner.
  • Violation of our terms and conditions or ethical guidelines.

In such cases, Crescent WebTech will retain payment for work completed up to that point.

Communication:

Clients must communicate any cancellation or changes in writing, preferably through email, to ensure clear documentation.

Refund Process:

If a refund is applicable, Crescent WebTech will review the request and, if approved, initiate the refund process within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Modifications to Policy:

Crescent WebTech reserves the right to modify this Refunds and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing the updated policy.
